Wacky Walking Wednesday

As part of Movin' March Week where we were encouraging everyone to walk to school, we had Wacky Walking Wednesday where everyone had to wear their wackiest walking shoes.

We went out and gave badges and stickers to people walking,

 wearing our wackiest shoes

 There was some pretty cool looking shoes at school today!

At Hui we present the Piwakawaka to someone at school who has been caring for our environment by recycling, reducing or reusing.
Last Thursday we announced our first winner.




Ella was our winner on Thursday!



Thanks Ella for looking after the worms at school, and feeding them every day.
